Tom is a London-based researcher, art historian and dealer with a specialisation in works on paper, and a profound interest in the afterlives of Classical Antiquity.

Following first-class degrees in Classics & French from the University of Edinburgh, and in Art History & Renaissance Culture from the Warburg Institute, Tom spent time at a south London auction house before taking on his current role as Head of Research at Day & Faber, dealers in Old Master and 19th century drawings. Tom is also Editor in Chief and Museums Director at Trois Crayons and has published with the journal Master Drawings.
